The Step-up programme offers support for young people aged between 16-25 years who have suffered an acquired brain injury.
On this programme, we provide a step by step support with setting goals, education and/or employment.
Before you begin your Step-Up journey, we will invite you to an initial assessment meeting where we discuss the impact of your injury and also discuss longer term goals.
Once we have a plan, you will receive one-to-one support with achieving your goals. You will be paired up with a member of the team who will have a background in working with people who have had a brain injury and will provide support with every step of the process:
It struck me how Step Up felt like a family and I had a feeling this was going to feel like home very soon.
